Energy Basics

Energy basics, specifically heat transfer, is at the heart of weatherization work. Here, weatherization specialists are provided an overview of energy issues, discussing heat transfer measures and mechanisms, air infiltration and the thermal envelope, energy-efficient windows, insulation, and cooling measures.

After completing this lesson, students will be able to:
